SOMEONE IS BEING A SLACKER....

...and the slacker would be me... :)

wow these past 40 days have flown by! Everything is going amazingly well.

I work in Tomorrowland Attractions, at the Stitch complex, which is Stitch's Great Escape, Astro Orbiter, and Tomorrowland Transit Authority. I honestly LOVE working here. Everyone in Tomorrowland is amazingly awesome and nice!

Where do I start??
Well check-in went very smoothly, I got the 2 bedroom in Chatham Square just like I wanted. The apartment is really nice. Worth the 80 or 90 something I pay a week, maybe not, but still really nice. Everyone with Price Management has been really nice so far with everything, so I guess no complaints. One tip I have for future CP's. BRING A SLEEP MASK. My bedroom windows are right next to a light that shines into my bedroom everynight so sometimes because of that it is kinda hard to fall asleep. But the mask does wonders. :)

Traditions was amazing, honestly made me proud to work for Disney. 90% of it is amazing and then they ruin it with the sexual harassment video. haha But they really make you happy about joining the company. I even won a little plastic Pluto figurine for being the group leader on an activity where you name the most Disney Characters. My group was in second place. With like 30 something I think. The day of Traditions is pretty awesome for one reason - YOU FINALLY GET YOUR FREE PARK ADMISSION!! :) I have taken full advantage of this benefit! (hence why there has not been an update in so long)

Then the next day or so, I being a Magic Kingdom Cast Member, got to go to "Once Upon a Time... is now" Which is basically when you go and learn about the Magic Kingdom and a lot of the services they provide, and about the park, and so on. I'm not sure what the other parks or areas do for theirs but I think @ least the other parks have a similar day. We got to ride Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin (the most popular ride in the resort, BTW) and The Haunted Mansion. I found the hidden Mickey in the graveyard scene that I have not been able to find (I took the Keys to the Kingdom tour back in 2006 and our guide mentioned it, but I had never been able to find it) Then after a short tour of the underground tunnels we got to meet the people who gave us a tour around Tomorrowland. We got to ride Buzz again, and then watch Stitch's Great Escape. The one person who gave us the tour, Jason told us about some of the big point targets, so now when I ride, I actually get a halfway decent score!

Training went pretty flawlessly. The only thing is that there is A LOT of stuff to remember, at least in Attractions. Evac procedures, just basic operations of the attractions, and everything else, OH MAN! By assessment day your head will be spinning! Luckily I passed my assessments on Stitch and Astro Orbiter. The Tomorrowland Transit Authority didn't reopen until a few weeks ago so I just recently got trained on it. It is my favorite ride to work on (except that the other day they implemented new audio on the ride, and it is terrible :( I do not like it at all!) I liked the fact I didn't get trained on that til a bit later though, at least I didn't have to remember 3 attractions for my original assessment! But now everything is going pretty great.

One bit of advice, you are going to run into bad guest experiences. Don't let them get you down. Because then someone later that day will help turn it around. Honestly. I had a guest tell me that they were going to guest relations to complain about what I did (which was, MY JOB) and then later that night, I had the best time ever, and it made me practically forget the whole encounter. I've had guests hug me because of something I have done for them. I've had guests tell me to enjoy the rest of my life! Try to remember positive experiences, they may not happen EVERY SINGLE DAY but they are definitely what you want to walk away from the program with.

My best guest encounter was this one time on Astro Orbiter. Wishes (the fireworks @ the Magic Kingdom) started at 10PM that night. These four men, I honestly think I made their night. It was like 9:58 and they kept telling me to go slow loading, so they could see the start of the fireworks. I told them I couldn't promise anything but then people were actually having trouble with the seat belts. It held me up a bit more than it normally would have. So I got back to my console at like 9:59:30 and the music started. Which meant Wishes was starting EARLY! Like 30 seconds but whatever. All the sudden I heard screaming and "THANK YOU KELLY!!!!". Then their flight was done but there was only a few people waiting (the last group for the night) so we sent them up again after the other people had loaded. Their flights were done, and so we decided to let them all stand up there after because at that point Wishes was just ending and then after Wishes ended they all started hugging me and some other dude shook my hand thanking me. but the 4 guys as the elevator was closing were like "WE'RE GONNA COME BACK AND SEE YOU!!!" and I yelled out that I had to leave in January and they were all like "OH NOOOOO!!!" It was amazing and funny and great. I will remember it for a VERY LONG TIME. You just feel so good about yourself that you could do something that nice for someone, and have it not be a problem. We really do have the freedom here to make people happy. Which is great.

What I am trying to tell you is to try to make the glass half full. If you keep looking at it as half empty, I swear you are going to have a hard time enjoying your time here.

I am seriously at this point considering extending my program, and then going seasonal thereafter. I am that in love with working here.

Til next time!! (hopefully sooner rather than later!)

I'M HERE!

Hey everybody! I arrived in Orlando at about 9:40 this morning, and I can’t believe I am actually here. The flight was awesome, and the weather here today (except for a few small rain showers) was GORGEOUS. I had a really busy day.
First after arriving, we (my mom, dad, brother and I) had to go get my car from the car transport person. Well we started off right from MCO (Orlando’s airport), and it took over an hour and a half to find him. Someone needs to be a SMIDGE more specific when one says the “7-11 on International Drive.” So after going to 2 other 7-11’s trying to find ol’ Blanca, the third time was the charm, and we found Blanca. When we picked the car up I realized not only did I need to fill the tank up (it was ½ full) but, my one rear blinker was dying so we had to go find a store that sold new bulbs. Anyways, I was happy to realize that gas was actually about 20 cents cheaper than at home (Buffalo’s gas prices are ridiculous) so to fill up ½ of my tank for $14 was AWESOME! I could get used to this! We were all starving, so we decided to go find something to eat. We ended up going to McDonald’s.
After that, we went off to look for stores that sold car light bulbs. We 1st checked out Super Target, and they had the automotive section, but no light bulbs. So we headed to Super Wal-Mart. We found the bulb, and then we headed off to find our vacation home my family was renting. It took us FOREVER to find it (they said it was close to Celebration, and it is definitely NOT!) Anyways, we went in the pool for a bit after we actually found the place, and then went grocery shopping, and then out to dinner. After that my dad drove over towards Vista, and we figured out where exactly it was, and then we drove over by Chatham, Patterson, and the Commons, and then around Orlando for a bit. I took some nice pictures. I am going to upload them to a photobucket account and I will attach the link on here so people can view all my photos.
So that’s about it for today. I am exhausted. I had a lot of trouble sleeping last night, with having to say goodbye to my friends, my doggies, and my house.
Tomorrow I have another busy day ahead of me! We are going to one of the Disney parks in the morning, and then meeting up with the girls I hope to live with for some dinner. And then check-in at Vista is Monday!

Bye Bye Blanca!

So after two weeks of on and off packing, today is the big day! Well, not for me, but for my car (Blanca). Today is the big day where I put the car on the Car Transport... Kinda sad, because I have had to pack everything up a bit early but hey, at least I had a reason to get motivated to do it. I think I would not have packed at all until the last minute had this not been the situation. I'm nervous because right on the contract the guy who took her (is this sad/pathetic I refer to my car like it is a person??) put "PACKED WITH PERSONAL BELONGINGS - NOT LIABLE). I hope people don't break into the car or anything. I really don't have a strong faith in other people since the one time at work someone broke into my car but I really hope nothing happens. I will lose like almost all of my clothes, and like all the personal belongings I had packed for Disney.

It's really weird not having a car though. I keep thinking, "Oh, I have to put ________ in the ca-OH CRAP!" I do not like not having a car, I don't know how I could do 5 months without one!!

My Tinkerbell air freshener! Got it a few years ago in Disney World.
Trunk Shot.
More boxes, my body pillow, memory foam, make-up mirror, my printer...
Lotsa boxes!

All my clothes!
The plate frame says I make the Magic happen! :) My mom got it for me on EBay.
Bye Bye Blanca! (Riding in style with the BRAND NEW Camero!)

Started Packing...

Today I started packing for Disney... It's really hitting me now that I am leaving. Actually it is 2 weeks today that I will be leaving Buffalo for Orlando. So I only have one more week @ work. I've been there for 2 1/2 years and as much as I am going to miss the people I have worked with for a long time, I am just READY to get out of there...

Saying goodbye to friends is something I am NOT ready for though. I am really beginning to realize how much time I DON'T have left with them. I don't have a big group of friends, I really only hang out with a few people, so I think it is even harder to say goodbye to them. Especially my best friend. I just feel like I am abandoning her for 5 months. And I feel terrible about it.

And I am very close with my family too, so realizing I don't have much time with them either is really eating at me. I do EVERYTHING with my parents. And while my brother lives in an apartment up at his school, I have been seeing him a lot this summer and I am going to really miss all of them.

And my dogs. Oh man I am really going to miss them. They are like my little furry brother and sister and to not have them right by me all the time is going to be really strange.

And Buffalo food. People who have never been to Buffalo JUST DON'T GET IT. You don't Don't act like you do. Ted's, Duff's, Anderson's, Mineo's.... Not having any of them for like 5 months. Oh man. I can't even think about it.

Getting Closer!!

Disney is getting close. Scary close. I KNOW this is going to be the experience of a lifetime, and that I will have loads of fun, but I am getting really nervous. I am starting to realize all the people and things I am going to miss, even if it is for only 5 months. Or almost a year. Who knows if I will extend...

ANYWAYS... I had a going away party so I could see all my family before I left. I didn't think my family was going to do that, but I am really glad they did. It was a lot of fun. Made me sad though. It really is getting so close, and trying to get everything ready is stressing me out a bit. Trying to get some of the credit card bills down (buying a new camera didn't help- BUT I LOVE IT!), getting boxes to pack up all my stuff, and getting my car checked out are some of the things I am trying to do in my last few weeks. If ANYBODY has done the CP before that reads this has any advice I would really appreciate it. Something you wish you had done before you left, something you wish you had bought, ANYTHING like that. :)

Not much going on here!!

Not much to talk about since my last post a month ago. I did find a new roommate and I am really happy with how everything regarding that is turning out. Other than that, there's not really much to talk about. I've just been working a bit at Ruby Tuesday and I have also been meeting a lot of people on Facebook that I am excited to meet in person, and I definitely can't wait to explore the parks!! So all is awesome with me!!!

This is me, my brother Stephen, his girlfriend Christine, with the BIG CHEESE @ Donald's Safari Breakfast at Tusker House!!

And for an "old school" throwback, here are some pictures of me from my first trip all the way back in December 1992...

(I do love eating my Orville Redenbacher popcorn on Main Street :) lol)

Things I want to do while on the CP

  1. Swim with the Dolphins @ Discovery Cove - Sure it is like almost $300, but it is something I have wanted to do since I knew you could do it, lol. It is totally a once in a lifetime experience. Disney offers a tour about the dolphins, but it said on one website that "dolphin interaction is not guaranteed." So yeah, Discovery Cove it is!
  2. Do the "Keys to the Kingdom" Tour... AGAIN. - I did it once before, LOVED IT, and am dying to do it again. I guess with each guide you get a new experience, so I think it will not be boring at all. The guide I had for the tour in '06 was a former CP who went full time, and actually I kind of want to follow her path. I WOULD L-O-V-E to get into doing the tours @ Disney. I wonder how I would go about that... hmmm? Anyone know?? If you do please tell
  3. Go to Cocoa Beach - I guess a lot of the CP's go here @ one point or another, and I heard it is amazing there. So yes, Cocoa Beach will be visited at one time by this kid! :)
  4. Look for "Mickey Forest!" I just found out about this, and would love to go searching for it! More info can be found here!
So that's all I can think of for now, as I get closer and start buying guide books for the Orlando area, I will probably edit this post now and then. It's kinda late though so I will definitely spend time on this in the future! :) :) :)

More Stuff I have bought for the CP 2!

OK, first of all, sorry for the lack of posts! I just have an incredibly unexciting life and haven't had much at all to post about. Basically I am just working and just relaxing at home until I leave.

I work at Ruby Tuesday as a server, and my official last day is August 15th. That gives me one week before I go to Florida to get everything all together. I don't think the amount of time I have will be too bad. I only have been getting like 15 to 17 hours a week there lately(yeah not pleased BTW) so I should have a TON of time!

I bought some more stuff for the CP, obviously as the title of this post states!

I bought this oven mitt and potholder set right off the Disney Store's website (it is in the outlet part, btw). It is Disney Princess themed so I thought it would be perfect!

I also bought the plate set, but not that color green. It is the color of the pink pitcher.

There is also this mug and bowl I bought. They have a deal where you can buy both as a set. I think I got a better deal on it because there was also a sale where they took like 20% off the total purchase. But I think they are pretty cute nonetheless! :)

I'm also buying clothes and stuff that I hope will work for the days I train and have Traditions. And then there are the other clothing purchases I have made that I am really trying to keep as "Disney Only," as in, I will not be wearing them until I am in Disney! :) I bought some flip flops at Old Navy (and yes, on Dollar Flip Flop day! - Almost died BTW) and those are "Disney Only" too

On a side note, don't buy that Shoes Under (in my last post). It is a piece of crap! The thing is really flimsy and if I hadn't lost the reciept (I don't have a clue where it can be - I even ripped my room apart looking for it!) it would be already back on a shelf at Target. Does anyone know if I lost the reciept if I can at least get some store credit? I'm so mad about the whole deal! I am so careful about keeping receipts too!

Peace Out.

Stuff I Have Bought for the CP

Considering I am socially awkward, and me filming a vlog that I could post on youtube is seeming impossible, I thought I would do a blog entry for all of you on what I am bringing to the apartment!

This is the comforter I have! It's pretty cute, pastel and bright color stripes!

This is the sheet set - White with different color polka dots... The picture on the comforter's package had this as the sheet set, so I'm gonna say they go together, haha

These are the towels, and a loofah! I go through towels like crazy (I hate using a wet towel) so I thought it would be smart to buy a lot when there was a good deal.

A lot of former CP's suggest the space bags, just so you can pack a lot of stuff! So I invested in the variety pack!! And then I saw they sold the shoes under, so I can store stuff under the bed. Not sure if I am going to keep this one yet, but we'll see!

Although they are not giving me credit to do the CP, I thought I would represent the school in the sweatpants way. Probably not going to be wearing these for a while when I get down there, but I have another pair I bought a while back in Orange (school colors are orange and black) and I love them!

These are the Tinker Bell pajamas my parents got me when I got into the CP, lol... So they are most definitely coming!

So I am buying these on the Disney Store's website for our apartment. My roomies and I decided to just buy shower curtains just in case, and we'll figure out who gets which when we get down there (we want 2 bedroom apartment, in Patterson or Chatham).

So that's all for now, I will probably add more to this blog as I buy stuff, or do like a "Stuff I Have Bought for the CP, vol 2."

Any suggestions on what else I should bring?

We're in the double digits!!

WOW! Less than 100 days now until I check in for the CP! I am really just being lazy now that I am done with school, but I need to get on getting my stuff together. Not like I am leaving tomorrow or anything, but it will be like August 22nd, and nothing will still be done.

Also, I am trying to do a vlog, but it is harder than I thought! I didn't think I was, but when I am trying to film it, I am really camera shy! Hopefully in the next week or so I will be able to figure out a way of doing it... Anybody have any tips? If so leave me a comment! and Thanks!

Guiding Eyes for the Blind.

So a unknown fact to all you blog readers of mine, is that my family raises seeing eye dogs for an amazing organization called Guiding Eyes for the Blind. We have been raising these furry guardian angels for about 5 years now, and it is one of the most rewarding things my family and I have ever done.

My mother's birthday is coming up, and her heart and soul is in this organization. She is hoping to raise some money for them, instead of wanting birthday gifts or cards, or any of that. She is the creator of the Guiding Eyes for the Blind Causes page on facebook, and if you would like to make a tax deductible donation to this worthy cause please follow the link that is posted near the middle of this blog entry.
You can donate as little as $5.00 to help this worthy organization. My mother and I would appreciate any penny you would care to donate.

Just to give you some background on the whole Guide Dog Puppy Raising process: My family raises a puppy from eight weeks of age, exposing them to the world around them. We help train them and watch them mature into magnificent creatures. They leave our home after around eighteen months to harness train at the school, located in Yorktown Heights NY. Once trained, they are carefully matched with a visually impaired person. Attending a graduation is the most gratifying feeling I have
EVER experienced. I've seen firsthand the positive change this organization provides, and it truly is amazing. It costs approximately $45,000 to prepare our students and dogs to become a Guiding Eyes team with no cost being passed on to the graduate.

To learn more visit:
Guiding Eyes for the Blind
The FaceBook causes page for GEB

And if you would like to donate (I WOULD GREATLY, GREATLY APPRECIATE IT)

Just to enlighten you on the change it creates in a visually impaired person's life, the posted photo has some words from my 3rd puppy Island's person! The team was featured in the GEB annual golf tournament's invitation, and it makes me feel so amazing that I could play just a small part in changing a person's life. On a side note, if I have some time off while on the CP, I may just fly to Tuscon to see them in action! Very excited if that is at all possible! Just click on the image to see it full size so you can read it!

And here is the old girl in action! (ok, just kidding, she's only going to be 3 this year)

And here is My Grandpa Benny, my brother's girlfriend Christine, My Brother Stephen, Me, My Mom, and down in front is Pete and Island at their graduation. :)

Getting Quite Surreal.

Wow, I am almost to double digits on my arrival countdown! :

It is starting to really feel "real" that I will be leaving to work in Walt Disney World! I am meeting my roomies on facebook and the disboards (found 'em thanks to good ol' roommate surveys!). They all seem like really nice girls and I am looking forward to meeting them! I think we are either going to be in Chatham or Patterson. No Vista for Kelly, thank you. I know it has the whole "party" reputation, and people say it isn't that bad, but I really do not want to deal with it, ya know?

I guess my dad bought the tickets for the plane, so yeah. It's official. I've paid the mandatory $100 program assessment fee, and I put in my leave of absence for school earlier today. Man. I still can't beleive in a few months I will be moving to Florida! I've never been away from home longer than a week and a half, so I am nervous about the homesickness I will probably end up feeling. I am trying to not let my worries get in the way of my excitement!

I am DYING to see where I will be working. I have some weird feeling that the costume will require hiking boots. For some reason that is the premention that I came up with, haha.

I Promise, and I really do mean it, I will do a vlog soon. My last exam is on Wednesday morning, so as soon as I am free for the summer, I swear on my life I will do one! I'll even cyber pinky swear you! :)

The Phone Interview!!

OK... So the day of my phone interview had to be the most nerve racking day of my life!! :)
I called Disney on March 13th to schedule it, and was really surprised at how soon I could interview!! I ended up picking a time early Sunday afternoon. I believe it was for.. 12:40? When I scheduled my interview, the woman said my interview was named Mauli (pronounced Molly I was told..).. Well, although she was a few minutes late to call me, she was very nice. We joked around a lot, which definitely made the whole process much easier. Honestly, as nerve racking as the whole process was, it had to be the easiest interview I have ever had.

I don't really want to go into specifics about the interview process, because honestly I don't know how much Disney would want me to disclose, and I don't want them to try and shut the blog down, because honestly I feel they would have that power... It might just be because I am a spaz!! haha

Well first, they go through the application, and make sure everything you wrote down is all right, and then they ask about if you would/could comply with the Disney look...

One of the first questions they ask is "Why do you want to do the College Program?" Obviously, telling the interviewer how bad you want to do the CP is encouraged here... :)
They also ask if it is OK to work up to 50 hours a week, and if you are comfortable living in an apartment with 7 other people.

After that, you and your interviewer go over the role checklist. My interviewer asked me to pick a top three. After you pick your top three, the interviewer asks questions based on what you pick. Obviously, based on what you answer, they try and place you accordingly.

And then after that, the interviewer will tell you that you should hear something within four to six weeks, if you don't you should call them, blah blah blah!! :) My interviewer told me to have a MAGICAL DAY - :) - and that was it, my interview was over! It was nice, but also nerve racking to know it was now all out of my hands!

I got a pending letter on March 26th, which was dated March 20th, postmarked the 23rd. Just to warn anybody, every body's wait times are different, some find out they got in after a week (LUCKY!!) and others wait weeks... and weeks... and weeks! I found out 30 days after my interview.

To anyone who will interview for the CP in the future, I wish you the best of luck!! I am certainly excited for what the future holds for me and the opportunities this will open up to me in the future!

Thank for reading... and HAVE A MAGICAL DAY!! :) I had to do it!!

THE APPLICATION!!

So since I won't be leaving for a while, just so you don't think I stopped blogging, I will talk about different aspects of the program, like the application process, the interview; stuff like that.

So today I will tell all of you about the application process.

Well first, you need to view the presentation. There are two ways of doing this :

  • On Campus
OR
  • E-Presentation
Basically they are pretty self explanatory - one is at a school, the other is online... Probably the only difference is that it is a big production when they come to the school... I remember my 1st semester at Buffalo State when they did the E-Pres they had the Mickey Mouse balloons all over campus, and chalk Mickeys all over on the sidewalks, and the purple signage was, like, EVERYWHERE.

I did my E-pres so long ago! I can't even give an approximate date, haha. Probably around the time applications opened up. The presentation is all about the 3 aspects of the company:
  • Living
  • Earning
AND
  • Learning
They show you a clip of all the company has to offer - Emphasizing that they are so much more than parks and movies - they really are an empire!

Then it goes into the 3 parts:

  • Living shows you all about the apartments... since you will be living there after all!

  • Earning discusses... where you will be working, of course! This is about some of the positions you can get while doing the CP!

  • Learning is all about the educational opportunities you can have during the CP. This talks about the fact that you can take classes while down on the CP. You even have the chance of those transferring back into credit when you get home.

The presentation also talks about things like the ever infamous "DISNEY LOOK" and even possible future opportunities with the company.

You get a special code at the end of it all that you MUST have present when you call to schedule your interview.

The physical application is pretty straight-forward. It is pretty much just like any other application you'd fill out when you apply for a job.

Then there is the role checklist. Again, just like, um ALL, of the application process, this is pretty straight-forward and simple too. Just check what you want to do, and leave blank what you don't. Just make sure you are able to do the job, and that you truly can see yourself doing said job for 5 months!

And then, if my memory serves me correctly (I can't remember what else there is!! But again - REMEMBER I am not a complete know it all, haha), you submit it! You are supposed to call and schedule the interview when you are done. I don't know if it was just me, but when I called to schedule the phone interview, I was told they couldn't find my application! AHHH!!! I just about flipped out! So maybe just wait a bit before calling. Maybe that was my problem..? Not really sure, but that was on March 12th, they just told me to call back the next day.

I was really surprised with the vast times they have to interview! I had my pick of a Saturday night @ 10PM, and various other times. I ultimately picked an interview time 12:40 on a Sunday Morning.

I'll do another blog all about the phone interview later!

But to sum all this madness up (I have been typing this up for like an hour, haha) I thought it was so easy to apply and everyone I had to deal with @ Disney was nothing but kind to me! And an added bonus - they put you on hold and they TOTALLY play Disney music, haha. Just like when you call to make dinner reservations! Which speaking of... I can't wait to eat yummy Disney food to my hearts content! Le Cellier Pretzel Breadsticks ---- HERE I COME!!!

And don't you just love the Chocolate Moose (get it, mousse, moose?!) That you can get for dessert?

And they say you can't catch something from the Vista Way hot tubs....

My Disney College Program Voyage....

Hey there! I'm Kelly and this is going to be a blog all about my upcoming adventure on the Walt Disney World College Program!
Just some background info about me, I'm a 19 year old sophomore at Buffalo State College in Buffalo, NY. I am pretty sure I will be doing something with History in my life. I'm a total history dweeb! I currently work at Ruby Tuesday, where I do a ton of stuff like serving, food running, and bar tending. I've been there almost 2 1/2 years! This is my mom and I @ the start of our last Disney trip, July 4th-12th 2008!

I have always, ALWAYS wanted to do this internship. I have been visiting the parks since I was 2, going on 3, and have gone 10 times throughout the years. I love all the movies, and I probably know entirely too much about the parks, movies, and Walt Disney. Really. :)

Well one month ago I interviewed (March 15th to be exact) to do the program. I got a pending letter on the 26th. The waiting has to be the most excruciating experience I have ever experienced in my life!! I honestly began to give up hope! I even called Disney yesterday to ask some questions, and asked about what will happen Friday when I am supposed to call them regarding my status (us pending kids are given a date of which we will know the mouse's ultimate decision - mine was the 17th). She actually told me to anticipate a longer wait! I got off the phone (slightly dejected) and went about my day. I had so been looking forward to Friday since I got that letter!!

AND THEN.....

I came home from school, went to lunch, and came back home. SOMETHING kept telling me to open my email. And there it was! The most magical email these eyes have ever seen!
I am in such shock. STILL. Almost a day later. I honestly don't know when it will wear off. Maybe never. Which is OK with me. Oh, and when my purple folder comes in the snail mail, I will definitely be posting a picture of it on here.

I am so excited for what the future holds for me. This is really just an absolute dream come true. I am so happy and honored to have been given this opportunity.

I will be posting on here whenever I get the chance, but with finals coming up in a few weeks, I am getting kind of busy! But throughout the whole application process I found past CP's blogs to be really helpful, so I will do my best to keep up on this.

OH, I forgot to mention that I will be doing Attractions in the FALL 2009 season. So I will get to be there for Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and MY 20th BIRTHDAY! I have always wanted to be in Disney for my birthday! How awesome is that?! Very I think!

If anyone has any questions regarding the application process, definitely check out the CP website. Anything little though that I may be able to answer, feel free to leave a comment. If I know the answer I will most definitely try to help!

Thanks for reading!
